"What are you doing?"
She must have been intrigued by my posture of just sitting at my chair starring at the computer screen.
On her question I instinctively replied
"Reading a book."
At which point she asked
"Where is your book?"
Looking here and there, trying to look where I was hiding my book. She must have thought I was lying to get rid of her, while in reality I was reading an ebook.

last weekend I went to dentist's place with my friend...the dentist turned out to be sister of one of our juniors at FAST...on discovering me the silver medalist...u know what she asked:P
"kya aap har waqt parhti rehti thi"
On this my friend jis ki scaling ho rahi thi...uth kar bursted off laughing...izzat hi nahi hain.

You are talking about being a medalist, people do not even believe that I passed out in the regular stream.
I met one of our seniors at city campus (when I was there to take my Master's class). Seeing me with a bag and all, he commented:
"Bachelors nahi hua tumhara?"
And I was like come on yaar, you don't even think that I could have passed bachelors with my other friends, I mean yaar, hadh ho gaye bhiee yeh to :P :P
